Start hiring smarter with AI.

Bring
your AI

Your assistant is your recruiter.

Match résumés, launch screens, and pull scorecards by chatting with Claude or ChatGPT — the full platform, exposed as MCP tools.

Connect your assistant

$30 per candidate. Capped.

Pay only for what you run. No seats, no job slots, no expiring credits.

$30CAP / CANDIDATE

AI screening

20-minute live call. Full scorecard and follow-up questions.

AI interview

45-minute structured session on the role’s own rubric.

Human rounds

Every panel round recorded, transcribed, and scored.

The price stops here — the pipeline doesn’t. The most a candidate can ever cost.
ADD-ON

Skill tests

Coding, system design, product sense — deep, role-specific assessments with their own rubric.

$4.99each · on top of the cap

Also free, always: resume match against your JD · side-by-side comparison · debrief with hire / maybe / reject.

Start with your free candidate

Your first candidate is on us $30 credit at signup. Credits never expire.

Launch pricing — subject to change with notice.

Less than an hour of recruiter time. 1000× less than an agency placement.

Your candidates’ data, protected.

Security you can put in front of your most demanding clients.

Isolated by design

Every agency works in its own walled-off tenant — enforced in our code and independently audited. Your candidates are never visible to another company on the platform.

Encrypted end to end

Resumes, recordings, transcripts, and scorecards are encrypted in transit and at rest — always.

You make the call, not the AI

TheBetterHire surfaces the evidence; your team makes every hiring decision. We never auto-reject a candidate.

We've got answers

MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets AI assistants like ChatGPT and Claude use external tools. TheBetterHire is an MCP server — once connected, your AI can screen candidates, pull scorecards, and more without leaving the chat.
Any MCP-compatible client works. Today that includes ChatGPT, Claude (via Claude Desktop or Claude Code), OpenClaw, and many open-source clients. Setup takes one line of config.
When you trigger a screening, the candidate receives a link to an AI-conducted video interview. It takes up to 22 minutes, evaluates competencies relevant to the role, and delivers a scorecard with evidence to your AI assistant immediately after.
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Audio is delivered via CloudFront signed URLs that expire. We never share candidate data between accounts.
Not yet — TheBetterHire is single-recruiter today. Each account is one user. Multi-recruiter / team accounts are on the roadmap; if it's critical for you, drop us a note and we'll prioritize.
$30 is a ceiling, not a flat fee. You pay $10 per AI screening, $15 per AI interview, $5 per human round analyzed — sum any combination and we cap the standard pipeline at $30 per candidate (launch rates, subject to change). Resume match, comparison, and debrief are free. Light pipelines pay less; heavy panels stop at the cap.
Pay only for that mode. One human round analyzed is $5. One AI screening is $10. One AI interview is $15. You never pay for modes you don't use.
Your total stays at $30 — that is the ceiling, however deep the panel goes. Heavy panels never cost more than $30 per candidate; the cap is a promise, not a starting point.
You add more funds. There are no subscriptions or auto-renewals. Your balance never expires, and you only pay for actions you actually run. Top up $60, $100, or more anytime — minimum is $10.
